Raising a child with disabilities is tough, exhausting, and isolating – and that’s in normal times. During the pandemic, the challenges have increased exponentially, with constant adjustments to the “new normal.” This support group for parents of children with disabilities will be facilitated by CBT member and psychologist Ruth Hoffman. While this is not a formal therapy group, it is a safe space for parents to connect with others who have shared experiences.
