Join us on November 16 at 8:00 pm via Zoom, as Bernice Steinhardt, Esther Krinitz’s daughter and president of Art and Remembrance, presents an illustrated slide talk of selected images of her mother’s art work. Esther Nisenthal Krinitz told her remarkable story of survival during the Holocaust in an unforgettable series of stitched fabric collage and embroidered panels, depicting in vivid color her experiences as a young girl in rural Poland. The exhibit of her work has traveled to more than 40 museums and centers around the U.S., Canada and Poland, and is now on display at the American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore MD. Her talk will be followed by a Q&A period.
