Carol Berman is offering a “stand alone” class but also a continuation class for those who attended the previous Hebrew Letters/Art/Meditation.

This Jewish Meditation Class will be as follows:

First 10 minutes, learn a new Jewish Meditation and do it for 20-25 minutes. 

Next 50 minutes til the end of class bring whatever artwork you are working on or would like to try.  Work on it being able to ask questions and get guidance or just work with others.  Your artwork could be images that surface from your meditation, more Hebrew letters or wherever your spirit takes you to create.  Whatever your art passion is at the time!  God’s essence is everywhere!  Painting after meditating will be so inspirational! 

No art experience necessary to be part of the class.  Just come with an open heart and mind.  Suggestions and art knowledge will come from a loving, spiritual place for growth and wisdom.

There is no charge to be part of this class but we ask for registration for planning purposes.
