We value your engagement in our community. By getting to know you and your family better, we will be able to make surggestions to help you make connections within our congregational family, and truly make suggestions to help you make connections within our congregational family, and truly make CBT your home. If you are a family/couple, we would like to learn more about ALL of you and your Jewish journey! We will use your answers to connect you to the congregation.

In what areas of synagogue life are you interested in learning more or taking an active role? Check as many as apply.

Supporters' Fund (Optional): Dues provide less than half of the revenue that the synagogue requires to operate.  To meet the difference and to fund scholarships to members with financial needs, the synagogue relies on the Rabbi's Circle, the Supporters' Fund and on our generous members to donate additional funds.  Thanks to a generous matching grant from Gary and Pennie Abramson, new and increased gifts to the Supporters' Fund get matched on a dollar for dollar basis.  For members wishing to provide additional support to the synagogue above normal dues, the following categories are available:

Tzadekim: $7,500

Nedivim: $2,500

Tormim: $500

Amudim: $5,000

Shomrim: $1,800

Yedidim: $360

Magenim: $3,600

Bonim: $1,000

Eternal Light: Under $360

If you entered "Other" for the amount of your Supporter's fund commitment, please enter the amount here.

Lev Shalem Mahzor

As you may recall, we began using a new prayer book for the High Holidays, Lev Shalem, six years ago.  We no longer ask Members to bring their own books.  However, many Members enjoy having a copy of Lev Shalem for their home usage.  If you would like to purchase a Lev Shalem Mahzor, please indicate below.  The price is $50 per book.

Please let us know if you wish to purchase a Mahzor, and if so, how many, at $50 each.

Memorial Plaques

Honor your departed loved ones in perpetuity. There is no more fitting way to commemorate your loved ones than by inscribing their names on the Burtoff Yahrzeit Memorial Wall located in the Green Family Lobby. Plaques are $500 each. This year, we will dedicate new memorial plaques during the Yizkor service on Shemini Atzeret, October 12, around 11:00 am. Please contact Missy Schwartz in the synagogue office for further information.

If you wish to purchase memorial plaques, please provide the name(s) of the person or persons you wish to commemorate, your relationship to them and any other information you want us to know, and we will contact you to discuss the plaque(s).

Lulav and Etrog for Sukkot (Optional)

Please let us know if you wish to purchase either regular sets at $54 each or deluxe sets at $72 each, and the number of each you wish to purchase. You may check more than one of the below boxes, or none of them.
